For over 50 years, Weber has been a leader in the BBQ industry. Their Original Kettle grills are one of the most popular grills of all time, used by both amateur and professional chefs for decades. One-Touch grills are often imitated by others, but Weber offers a cooking experience that is unmatched by other brands. Here's a closer look at what makes the Weber Original Kettle America's #1 charcoal grill.
-
Durability
While there are many kettle style grills out there, don't be fooled by those knock-off brands. Weber kettle grills are made with superior construction and built to last for years. How does a Weber look great year after year? The porcelain-enamel coating is fired onto the bowl and lid at 1500° F, fusing the finish to the steel. This prevents the paint from flaking on the inside. Just clean with soapy water when necessary, and your grill will look like it's new.
-
Hinged Cooking Grid
Add charcoal or wood chunks like a pro, without lifting the grate or moving your food. Weber's steel grates are also easy to clean and provide years of dependable use. (Included with Premium models, but also available separately.)
-
Temperature Control
Weber kettle grills are precision engineered for perfect convection. Also, rust resistant dampers allow for easy control of the airflow into and out of the grill. Opening the dampers will allow the heat to rise, while closing the dampers will cause the fire to die out. Set the dampers in the middle and the grill will maintain a moderate constant cooking temperature necessary for slow cooking. Just add a little charcoal roughly each hour.

Superior Cleaning
What makes a Weber so easy to clean? It's the One-Touch cleaning system. Simply sweep the ashes into the aluminum catch pan or the enclosed ash catcher (Premium models only).
