How to Make Sweet Heat Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat (Use your favorite-beef, turkey, chicken, pork, or whatever you like)
- Kosher Salt (to taste)
- Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
- Cumin (to taste)
- Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- Smoked Paprika
- Onion Powder (to taste)
- Minced Garlic (to taste)
- 1 (10oz) can Rotel drained
- 12 slices Havarti cheese
- For Glaze:
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Spicy Creole Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large skillet brown meat, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, worcestershire, minced garlic, and onion powder
- Add drained rotel and stir until well combined
- Mix glaze ingredients over medium heat until melted and combined
- Open bottom half of buns on greased pan, top with meat and sliced cheese then add the top half of the bun
- Spread glaze over the top of the buns
- Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden
