• Jay S. loves to spend his time outdoors - whether it is keeping the streets of California safe, or enjoying his beautiful backyard with family and friends. When he decided to build an outdoor kitchen he couldn't decide on just one grill, so he bought all three.

  To hold all three of his grills, Jay built an island out of brick and topped it with granite. When time is an issue or he simply wants to sear a good steak, he loves using his Blaze gas grill. When he wants the amazing flavor that only lump hardwood charcoal can provide, he uses his Primo XL kamado grill, which gives him the versatility of searing, low-and-slow cooking, or even baking. When he craves flavorful barbecue but doesn't want the hassle, he uses his Traeger Pro Series 34" pellet grill, which produces amazing smoky flavor and allows him to simply turn it on and walk away.
